Terms of Service and Warranty

AC Service provides a one-year warranty on all repairs conducted as required by Florida law. This warranty covers labor and materials directly related to the services performed. However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by factory defects in equipment or parts provided by the manufacturer. In the event of a factory defect, the manufacturer’s warranty or a replacement part may apply.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper maintenance or by failures due to issues not addressed in the course of our service. Our company is also not liable for any damages caused by other companies or third parties who intervene with the equipment after our service has been completed. If a third party repairs, modifies, or alters the equipment without prior authorization from AC Service, we will not assume responsibility for any resulting damages or malfunctions.

Limitation of Liability

AC Service shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or equipment caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, factory defects, third-party interventions, or customer misuse. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered and materials provided by our company.
